The First

I was a wanderer drifting through cyberspace in search of a place to call home. The mainstream side of the internet had nothing left to offer me, except for algorithms, ads, cheap dopamine hits, bots arguing with bots, NFT scams, clowns dancing in neon cages, and three second videos made for people with fried up attention spans. The need to escape all that noise and create something truly mine grew with each day.
Before coming here, I launched my first blog on WordPress, mainly as an experiment. I held on to it for about a year before deciding to move away, as I grew more and more frustrated. The clean and sleek, but flat and soulless design typical of modern platforms (that makes all websites look exactly the same) made it difficult to build a space that truly felt like my own, where my real voice could arise.
I was looking for something more organic, fully free and customizable, in the spirit of 00's and 90's internet. That's how I found my way here. Without prior knowledge of HTML or even coding in general, just with my drive for personal creation and desire to learn how to make it reality.
I'm starting here the same way I began my last blog, without a clear plan or idea of what it will become, just a need to make something of my own. Maybe it will grow into something great and meaningful, or it won’t become anything at all. Either way, it exists and it's mine, and that’s enough for now.
